Amanda began her career as a Job Developer for Abilities in Action in 2012. She grew to know and understand the needs of individuals with Developmental Disabilities and obtaining community employment. In 2015, Abilities in Action opened our Adult Day Services Program, Chrysalis Advantage Point. Amanda currently serves as the Director of Chrysalis. Chrysalis provides supports to individuals who have Developmental Disabilities and receive waiver services through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. Chrysalis focuses on work skill development and experiences, life skill development, recreation, and relationship building. Amanda proudly volunteers to support local county programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Kelly boasts years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Kelly has been with Chrysalis since we opened in 2016 and has since helped create and implement in house programing.
